Castle Rock Medical Center is a Rural Health Clinic accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and most health insurances. Our Healthcare Provider team consists of two Family Practice Physicians, one Pediatrician and three P.A.s. In order to help you reach you healthcare goals, the Medical Center is open Mon-Thurs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Fridays. Our clinic offers a wide range of services such as an on-site Laboratory, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and we also have Speech Pathology services.
